Non-surgical blepharoplasty Madonna Eye Lift

Madonna Eye Lift is good alternative to eyelid surgery. It can help to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles around eyes as well as lift the eyebrow.

What kind of procedure, what are its advantages?

The skin around the eyes is very delicate and thin and differs from the rest of the face, so it needs special care. Nothing makes us look older than crow’s feet, dark circles, wrinkles, loose eyelid skin, drooping eyebrows. If you have any of concerns are mentioned above, than non-surgical blepharoplasty or Madonna Eye Lift is perfect solution for you!

Non-surgical laser blepharoplasty is a non surgical, non invasive laser skin resurfacing procedure, which can provide many benefits. The laser stimulates collagen production, which causes the tightening of the skin around the eyes, thus rejuvenating the skin tissue directly under the eye, including the heavy eye skin within the upper eyelid.

Our clinic uses the following lasers:

AcuPulse CO2 laser

AcuPulse CO2 laser is for fractional rejuvenation treats the skin deep inside, smoothes wrinkles, raises eyebrows, removes sagging, and thereby improves the appearance of the skin and lightens zone around the eyes. The whole procedure of non-surgical blepharoplasty takes place without a single surgical incision and takes short time. The treatment should be performed one time in a season. We recommend this procedure for patients with more bright signs of aging and loose eyelid skin.

ResurFX M22 laser

ResurFX is a non-ablative fractional rejuvenation, due to which neocollagenesis (the production of collagen and elastin fibers) is intensively stimulated. ResurFX laser gently rejuvenates, smoothes fine lines, reduces and tightens the tissues of the upper and lower eyelids, the skin around the eyes is lightened and tightened. This laser is indicated for patients with the first signs of aging and who doesn’t want to have a long rehabilitation after the procedure.

The main advantages of non-surgical blepharoplasty

  •         Minimum rehabilitation period. The degree of rehabilitation will depend on the power of the impact. After the procedure, you can immediately return to your normal lifestyle. Redness and swelling of the tissues, observed immediately after exposure, will disappear within 2-3 days.
  •         Painlessness. Manipulation is performed using an anesthetic cream. As a result, even the sensitive skin of the eyelids does not feel pain or discomfort.
  •         Affordable price. Non-surgical blepharoplasty is cheaper than surgery. At the same time, the effectiveness of the treatment is very high.
  •         Effect after one procedure. For a noticeable skin tightening, 1 to 3 blepharoplasty sessions will be required. The result lasts about 12 months, after which the procedure can be repeated.
  •         Wide range of indications. Madonna Lift procedure can be used to lift loose eyelid skin and drooping eyebrows, smooth wrinkles around the eyes, and eliminate skin flabbiness and dark circles.

What problems does it solve (testimony)?

  •         Wrinkles around the eyes
  •         Loose eyelid skin and drooping eyebrows
  •         Decreased elasticity of the skin around the eyes
  •         Dark circles and bags under eyes

How does the procedure work?

1)   AcuPulse CO2 laser:

Fractional CO2 laser creates tiny microscopic channels in the tissue so that new collagen can grow in to rejuvenate the skin. The essence of fractional action in the movement of the laser beam is not a solid line, but pointwise. Penetrating into the skin, the directed laser beam, as it were, burns out the microtubules. In the places where the laser is exposed, the tissues and intercellular fluid are evaporated, which leads to the effect of lifting and compressing the skin flap, as well as starting regeneration processes. It is high-temperature laser exposure that makes it possible to reduce the skin area and reduce its overhang in the initial ptosis of the upper eyelids.

2) ResurFX M22

Because of a special fractional ResurFX module, the nozzle scatters the light flux into many thin beams and they form thermal tubules in the epidermis and dermis. As a result of such controlled microdamage, the treated areas are replaced by new healthy cells. Thanks to the laser effect, stimulation of its own collagen and elastin occurs, the skin elasticity and its turgor increases.

What are the results of the procedure?

During the procedure, there is no risk of postoperative scarring. Non-surgical eyelid rejuvenation is performed without general anesthesia. At the end of the rehabilitation period, the patient can observe a younger and firmer skin.

  •   Smoothing of fine and mimimic wrinkles and reduction of the area of the skin flap in the treated area
  •   Elimination of ptosis of the upper and lower eyelids
  •   Open look due to skin tightening of the upper eyelid
  •   Improvement of skin elasticity. Thermal exposure leads to a double effect: on the one hand, collagen and elastin fibers are twisted into tight spirals, providing the effect of skin contraction and a dense frame. On the other hand, such exposure stimulates the formation of new cells.
  • Elimination of under eye bags and dark circles. Thermal effect improves blood circulation and lymph flow, which helps to fight congestion.

How many procedures are needed?

1) AcuPulse CO2 laser: CO2 laser blepharoplasty is performed 1-2 times. Sometimes the doctor recommends additional procedures with an interval of several months.The result is building up within 3 months and keeping from 1,5 year and longer.

2) ResurFX M22 laser: The course consists of 2-4 procedures 1 time in 1.5-2 months. The result increases for 1.5-2 months after passing the course and lasts for a year.

How to prepare for the procedure?

Before the session, you must follow to the following rules:

– stop taking aspirin and antibiotics 2 weeks before the procedure;

– exclude alcohol for a week;

– protect the skin from ultraviolet radiation for 4 weeks before the procedure;

– for 2-3 days to exclude smoking, as nicotine reduces the intensity of blood flow and, as a result, healing.

This will help eliminate the risk of complications and speed up the rehabilitation process after the procedure.

Rehabilitation after the procedure

The recovery period takes about 3-7 days. Usually, immediately after the procedure, there may be slight swelling and redness of the skin around the eyes. In rare cases, small crusts appear that should not be removed on your own. They need to be treated with a special ointment or cream.
