Cancelation policy

Dear Client,

We appreciate your time and the work of our specialists. In order to continue to provide you with quality care and appointment availability, we ask that you adhere to the cancellation policy below.

Cancellation of treatment less than 24 hours before appointment:

If you will cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your treatment, we will unfortunately be forced to charge you 50% of the price of the treatment you have booked.

Cancellation Fee Options:

Credit towards your next treatment: we can convert the cancellation fee into a credit for you to use it on your next treatment at our clinic. The credit is valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation.

Exceptions:

In case of serious and urgent reasons (e.g. acute illness, accident) we may waive the cancellation fee. In this case we ask you to contact the clinic reception as soon as possible.
