Front Office / Client Coordinator

A clinic specializing in aesthetic medicine and dermatology, located in the center of Prague, is looking to expand its team with a Front Office / Client Coordinator.

Job Description:Your main mission will be to build strong relationships with clients, maintain personal contact with them, and ensure their satisfaction and confidentiality. You will provide complete information about the clinic’s services and new offers, and help maximize sales opportunities. You’ll also offer basic pre- and post-treatment care information.

You’ll handle client inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat, organize and manage bookings, consultations with doctors, and maintain service calendars. You'll advise on aesthetic treatments, manage client records, and track loyalty programs.

Front desk duties include handling the cash register, processing daily cash closings, and issuing receipts. You’ll collaborate with doctors, nurses, marketing, and management.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Czech and good spoken English

  • Completed secondary education

  • Previous experience in the aesthetic industry, sales, or marketing is a plus

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and a structured approach to learning about procedures

  • Responsible, client-focused, professional, and friendly demeanor

  • Willingness to work in shifts

  • Passion for aesthetic medicine and skincare

Dermatologist

Aether Clinic is looking for a new full or part-time dermatologist. This position requires a license to practice medicine in the Czech Republic.

We are looking for an experienced dermatologist who has experience with laser procedures, injections (fillers, botulinum toxin, PRP, injection therapy), is passionate about his/her work, independent.

Requirements:

- Medical degree with specialization in dermatology.
- Min. 1 year experience in aesthetic medicine as a general practitioner.
- Knowledge of Czech and English language.

Specific duties for a dermatologist:

- Perform cosmetic injections with toxins and fillers while following all safety protocols and ensuring optimal results for patients.
- Perform laser procedures while adhering to all safety protocols and providing optimal results for patients.
- Maintain excellent customer service for all patients
- To provide consultation to clients regarding a wide range of aesthetic and laser dermatology services.
- To work effectively and independently with the system and patient charts during client appointments.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to keep up to date on treatments and best practices.
